bb8ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If your account is terminated without cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be refunded via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
